I am filing for bankruptcy and needed the pre-filing course to do so. I signed up for the service and paid $25.00, that I don't have, and found out afterward that they waive the fee if request. So I contacted them and told them about this and they refused to refund my money. Now, keep in mind they are a non-profit foundation and they have my details as to my situation. If they can waive the fee before the course then they could also do the same afterward. If I had money I would not need to declare a bankruptcy, but right know I have -$7231.23 debt and no job, right now I need all the money I could get. So don't use these people because they are out for your money and don't care about your situation. I would find a different company to use as these people need to lose business and go under for their terrible treatment of customers.
