I just noticed the same charges on my credit card. I googled the phone # and came to this web site which was so great. I had ordered Christmas items from Sahalie. Never again. I called the 888-613-7767 number for Marketing Services. They were only going to refund me one month of the 14.95 until I got a little angry. they finally agreed to the 3 months they owe me. We shall see if I do receive the money. I ask for a cancellation confirmation number and rep. name

I purchased items from Sahalie in the past. Recently, my husband, who pays on our credit cards, discovered that the Bank Card, used for Sahalie purchases has been charged a regular monthly fee of $14.95 for the Sahalie Rewards Program, which I have never used. I did not authorized this bank charge and am pursuing reimbursement. I see there are others writing online about their negative experience and that people are lodging this same complaint. I called Sahalie. The customer service representative said she did not have any information to give me, but told me to call the rewards program phone number: 1-888-528-7245 M-F ET between 9:00am and 9:00pm.

YES! I never enroll in these things, but found myself enrolled- and this is years later! Called Sahalie rewards number, cancelled, also live chat with Sahalie rep. Saved info. Will report to BBB if I get any charges. I don't have time for this! Lost my trust- back to LLBean for me!
