Sub.: Not Refund of my advance deposit Rs. 672375/- from last 3 years against Cancellation of unit C1/705 at Sahara Prime City Limited, Jaipur

2. My filled Booking cancellation form dated 25th Oct. 2013 & No’s of e-mails.
3. My No’s of e.mails and letter sent to Sahara Prime City and telephonic conversation


Dear Sir,

I Priy Vrat Shringi had booked the 3 BHK Flat (Unit No.- C1 / 705) in prestigious Sahara Prime City Limited, Jaipur in the month of June 2010 by depositing 10 % amount Rs. 448250/- dated 9th June 2010 & receipt No.- 49000016699 and subsequently as per the time limit give to me I has deposited balance 5 % of amount Rs. 224125/- dated 11th August 2010 & receipt No.- 49000016847 after depositing total 15 % amount, I received allotment letter on dated 18th Augusts 2010.

As per allotment latter dated 18th August 2010, and terms and condition explain to me, that the Possession of my unit - C1/705 will be handed over to me within 38 month (i.e. by September 2013).

After that I had visited Sahara Prime City Ltd., Jaipur Project site no’s of time and meet with concern Executives, all of them are ensure me that I will get the Possession of unit - C1/705 as per the time limit mention in allotment letter.

Sir, due to delay in project and option given to me by Sahara Prime City Ltd., Jaipur, concern Executives/ site incharge, that due to delay in project I can Refund my advance deposit Rs. 672375/- back by cancelling the unit, So I had filled cancellation form and deposited cancellation form with all necessary original documents on 25th Oct. 2013 at Sahara Prime City Ltd., Jaipur office.


Sir after that I had did no’s of communication telephonically and through e-mail with all Sahara Prime city, Jaipur site executives – Jaipur office, Mumbai Office, Mr. Abhichek Sinha, Amit Mathur, etc.. all are informed that my file is cleared and I will get the refund back by July 2014.

Sir as per Sahara executives that approval of my booking cancellation form & Refund of my advance deposit Rs. 672375/- as already been cleared by higher authorities but I am sorry to say that after more than 32 Months after submitted booking cancellation form and all required original documents, I am not able to get Refund of my advance deposit Rs. 672375/- .


This is to inform you that as I had deposited Rs. 672375/- (Six Lacks Seventy two Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy five rupees only) more then 6 year back, but still not getting anything.

Sir, Now, I request you pl. help to to get back my advance deposit Rs. 672375/- against Cancellation of unit C1/705 Sahara Prime City Limited, Jaipur
