On 4/30/2016 I purchased AP Olive moisturizer cream 294353 and returned it on 5/12/2016 for Proclaim 7 oils 631075. On 4/30/2016 when I returned the olive moisturizer the employee opened the container and spilled it on the cash register and floor, then accused me of keeping the item in the hot car and threatened not to return it. On 5/24/2016 I went to return the proclaim oil and the employee took the item from me , went to the back of the store and returned with a tampered with product and told me she can not return the item because I tampered with it. I believe she put some other product into my oil because within a few minutes the product I was returning had something else in the bottle with it and it was no longer it's original color. I contacted the corporate office and was told to go back to the store for a full return . I'm very upset that I used a product that was tampered with by a Sally's employee . I miss a hair appointment because she did not follow policy and return my item as well she contaminated Sally's/ my product .
