I’ve used the wax strips before without a horrifying outcome like what Happened to my face last month. I missed a whole week of work without pay not to mention the permanent scar on my face. I followed the directions to a point, even tested the small portion on my arm first. The very first strip I applied to my upper lip ripped LAYERS UPON LAYERS OFF! It was painful, embarrassing, and a total mental mind f***! Is there any way to sue over something like this !?!

In the past, I have purchased the wax strip kit and was very happy with the results until now. Since you have changed the strips from the clear plastic to the white strips, I have found them to be less than acceptable. They DON'T DO THE JOB! They are terrible at removing facial hair. When you pull the strips apart, most of the wax remains only on one side and that means less wax on the other side and it doesn't remove ---t! I am sooo disappointed with this product. After reading some of the complaints about other products, I have decided never to purchase any products from your line again.

I bought 2 bottles of the miracle gel polish at $9.99 a bottle. I was very disappointed that it didn't do what it was supposed to do. It only lasted 2 days before it started chipping. I think I deserve a refund. That's a lot of money.

Hi, i have tried sallyhamsen wax strips for both face and body. And i am completely disgusted with what happened to my skin after using them. My upperlip got cut with just using wax strip once. And there is permanent scar on my face. And also when i used on my legs there is some of rash with some pimple like bumps and also skin irritation occured. The skin started peeling off in that area. I had to visit hospital and had to pay ### 240$ for what you guys are responsible. I am not using any other product that causes this kind of rash and also this is not my first time using wax strips. I am completely pissed off and i will not let go this issue so easily. I want to talk to someone ASAP.

i have been using sally hansen miracle cure as instructed but have found that the product has made my nails worse . i started off
with long nails now they are short .i have dry split nails .can you help with my problem

Hi I recently purchased two of your gel nail polishes.Also the gel top coat.It cost a lot to buy and to be honest I was very disappointed.The colour was meant to last up to 14 days it didn't even last two days.I spend a lot of money on beauty products so thought I'd give this a go.I would be grateful at some kind of refund please.To make a product and to sell it on the market it must do what it says on the label other wise this is false advertising.Thanks I look forward to hearing from you.lisa Wortley

Within a couple of days the whole thing just peels right off and I have used as instructed, making sure to use the use the nail file and the cleaning pad before I put down the base coat. I know there are a lot of complaints about this product for this very same reason. Hopefully you will do something about this product.

My daugther bought one of the french manicure kits from target. The kit consists of a white nail polish and a pink nail polish. When she opened the box to take the polish out the bottles broke. They were pacakged so tight that they just cracked there was glass and nail polish every where a total mess.

I email the company sally hansen 3 times. I wanted a refund my daugther spent her allowance on this and deserved her money back. I had the product and the reciepts. Finally after forwarding three times I was told they would mail me an envelope to send the product back once received my daugther would get her money. this never happened. I called emailed again nothing. horrible customer service!! I will never use thier product again. to not even acknowledge someones email is just poor service.

I'm about tired of these jacked up products by this women.. None of your stuff works right. Top Coat no chip doesn't even work for a minute and I bought nail polish named black platinum # 340 and it streaks after 2 nd coat!! I'm done .. We ought to bring a lawsuit against her for wasting so much of my time with her terrible products . Hey Sally maybe ya ought to check your products out yourself instead of just getting rich off your sorry products!!!
