To Whom It May Concern:


I am upset my toenail has been destroyed,the nail on my left foot the big toe is broken on the left side of my toe with a sliver of nail on one side which gets strikes against my sock ,are if something rubs against seems as if is going to come off. Never had a problem with my toenails. It happened in April 23rd 2019, tried removing the yellow nail polish and would not come off. Noticed a bright yellow fungual color . Acitone nail polish remover.It is now January I waited to see what would happen unlike most people would have went to doctors asap. Now seeking doctors opinion. Terrible that this has happened . What can I do I want something done . I will be back in contact after going to doctors. Upset.My Toe Nail! 😣
