Worst retail company to work for. Run far and fast from this place

This company has a huge turnover rate because of the way employees are treated. The pay is ridiculously low and the expecetations are next to impossible. Payroll hours get cut while tasks are added. Its really hard to keep up with everything that is needed while maintaining a high level of customer service. I l9bed my customers thankfully or I would not have been in my position for as long as I was. If someone told me they wanted to work in retail my response would be anywhere but sally beauty
