I have used Salon Spa Ware for over 2 yesrs, i am big on report and marketing ..as i utilize every feature it has to offer..Blake the owner of the company as we getting to know thw software, promised us lots of features, from marketing, to payroll support, and reports... at that time they were launching their new 18.1 copy... this new copy and till now has failed completely, the software is slow, you need so many reports to get too one thing... their calculation don't make sense and don't add up.. and their marketing solution and payroll don't work, and now they charge extra for it...I hated it the software so much... the kicker that We had problem with the software, and Blake the owner refused to help us out unless we take the review down... his exact word were "I think taking it down would be the first step in obtaining help from us."I highly don't recommend this software for your business, too expensive and not worth it aside from the dishonesty and hidden fees from the owner and the sales team.if you have any more questions or you need help answering any more questions, please send me a message and i am more than happy to help you out...there are so many nice reasonable salon and spa software out there that can help small businesses much much better.

I am the salon owner that was referenced above. Regarding the incident, I asked my IT guy to reinstall Windows Vista, and he did so. I phoned SalonSpaware and asked their tech support to install the program, they found out that my IT guy did not actually install all the Windows Updates and it did not work. After they WERE installed, the setup was at most 15 minutes, and the SalonSpaware tech support helped me with setting up the program exactly how I wanted it and answered a bunch of questions for me. I have wasted a -day- because of the ineptitude of the IT guy I hired. I saw no reason to continue using his services any longer, doubly so after seeing his eager attempt to blame others for his own faults.
