I left the security company that I worked for by the 30th June 2022 after I resigned. I forwarded my claim to the provident scheme (Salt) but it has now been 6 months and I don't get any feedback as how far is my claim. Their consultants keep giving out incorrect email addresses for documents submission and it is frustrating as I don't have enough money to keep phoning them as I am currently unemployed.

Sins I handed in my claim documents in August 2016 I have not received my provident fund money. I called them today again and still I received the same answer that it is in process. Nobody can give any answers on when I will receive my money. What must I do???? Must I get legal help????

I handed my claim documents in, in August 2016. Up untill today I did not receice my payment. I followed up with them in the beginning of November 2016 and the feedback I received was the payment will be paid end og November 2016. Well sins nothing was paid I followed up with them almost everyday sins then. All answer I get is they are busy processing it. Nobody can give me an answer when my payment will be made. They tell me they will contact me back but nothing. How long must I still wait for them? Please help!!!! The number I call is 086 117 7775.
