refund of Membership fees

When I First heard that the Sam's Club Stores were Closing down in this Area I IMMEDIATELY REQUESTED a Refund of My Membership ( Jan 11th 2018 ) I was told that I would be receiving My refund in 6-8 weeks I have Since had to Call Back 11 times Each time being Told that I would be receiving My Refund within a couple of Weeks I have since called them back 11 times I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW
