On 6/29/2018 first time on SAM’S CLUB AUCTION I won Member’s Mark Bradbury 2-in 1 Barstool. This was the (WORST EXPERIENCE EVER) of having to talk to almost 5O people to get my barstools delivered to the right address, but wrong zipcode. The first person I talk to was Ciara on 7/2/18 she claimed that the zipcode was change to the right zipcode witch was Laplace instead of Kenner witch was a LIE. The next person I spoke to was Azalea on7/6/18 she then put me online with FedEx manager Marty, Marty then explain to me NOT ONLY WAS THE ZIPCODE WRONG!!!! They had it going to a totally different address.The next person I spoke to was Diana on7/7/18 Diana tell me I have to call back Monday because the person who is in Charge could not give authorization of the weather to give me a refund or figure out where the barstools are by this point I am very pissed to go through all of this just to get my barstools also I spoke to a Carl 7/9/18 call informed me of the notes that was left Tiffany and I guess every other person that I spoke to had screwed the whole thing up the notes were all wrong the address was all wrong ZIP Code was all wrong is this is how the auction supposed to go very disappointed and Sam club I’ve been with you for
