Very poor service at Poslaju port klang, I stay at jenjarom and pos wrongly send my item to port klang, I have to collect item by my self, some more wait till 45mins told me item haven’t scan I can’t collect it!!! Told me they will call and return item to Banting!!! Do I look like stupid?!!! I waiting 45mins and this is the answer?!!!! I want the solution by today 15/9/2018 if not I will send this case to consumer department!!!!

My parcel was sending from alor star on 11/7/3018 7:02pm but till today 13/7/2018 6:06pm tracking system still showing “item dispatched out from alor star” hey...it is my parcel was Missing ? Or ? Can I have a reply?
