I have been a member of Sam's Club for many years and I had to make a trip into the club in Oklahoma City on 5th street #8289. I have had to go to this club only out of desperation because it was close to me and I am caring for my very ill husband. I wanted to let someone know that there are two women at the membership desk that do not need to be there due to their lack of customer service. They are the RUDEST people I have ever had to deal with. At one time I came in and I dealt with a girl named Shelby. Extremely hateful not only to me but to her co-workers as well. After I witnessed her being hateful to a female co-worker she then turned to me and said, ever have to work with someone you can't stand? as if I was going to agree with her. Two days later a woman named Chrystal was at the desk and when I was asking her about helping me at the photo area she told me that there was nobody at photo. I said yes I know that, so would you please get someone to help me? she then said again there is nobody here for photo. I said that is not acceptable. I ordered pictures and it said on my receipt I could pick them up on that date. Her response was there is nobody here that knows how to work photo so you will need to come back. Are you kidding me? a man that was standing near me said he is told that all of the time when he tries to get photos done, So he stopped getting them done there. Do you not cross train people to be able to work other departments for this type of instance? This is the worst run Sam's Club I have ever seen. I am business professional and I travel an average of 200 days a year. I have gone to many of your clubs across the country and this one is one I will never return to
