I would like to know what is going on with HOTMAIL, MSN AND LIVE, THESE ARE ADDRESS WHICH ARE USED FOR EMAILS, why IS IT that you have to give repeatedly information to verifiy who you are UNLESS you have reported that you email has been compromised. OVER AND OVER ......wtf really. I have email address with MICROSOFT I cannot get into and haven't been able to access for the last 3-6 months. THEY MICROSoft doesn't respond to the emails that are submitted requesting assistance with these issues. YOU CANNOT CALL THEM, so I suppose the next step is to write them a letter!!!!!! A formal written USPS letter complaint was issued to FCC regarding a BRAND NEW phone and Service, that within less than 30 days was returned to the purchased store twice thereafter various additional times. I was informed that if there were any problems with service or product in 30 day time a NEW DEVICE would be issed. I wrote a letter informing the FCC SCAMPS/Liars who are suppose to be there to assist the consumer against issue of this magnitude. ONLY TO SEE THEY WORK WITH THE COMPANIES not the consumer whom are being taken advantage of!!!!!
