Battery was not charging to 100% always 50% only

I have purchased Samsung-galaxy-grand prime-4G mobile in Reliance Digital on 27th SEPT 2015. i observed that the below issues


1. battery was not charging fully (100%) always 50% only.
2. what sup was not working
3. Anti-Virus unfortunate closing.

suggest where i can contact Samsung service center.
