software update
I have a Samsung Galaxy j2 (2017)...for me it's a good choice in low price..my phone isn't working good .i face many problems like notification panel disappered ,some games isn't working, suddenly running app stops.and this happens often for no reason ,I know how to control 1GB ram but.. don't know why this happens often...And a thing I saw my friend's galaxy j5 is updated from 5.0 to 6.0 ...i have a question is there any update is coming for j2 to make it lollipop to marshmallow. ...maybe that update can make my phone phone's performance good...if it's not?then why?.....isn't there any update for j2....please..send a update .....no battery backup

I HAVE A SAMSUNG J-2 MOBILE ,DATE OF SALE-25.03.2016 UPDATE SOFWARE ON 25/05/2016,AFTER THAT ,NITIFICATION PANEL NOT WORKING AFTER COMPLETE ONE OUT GOING CALL,I HAVE ALREADY TALK TO CUSTOMER CARE NO-180030008282,18002668282.AT SEVERAL TIMES ,THEY SAID THAT A UPDATE SOFTWARE WILL PROVIDE WITHIN FEW DAYS,BUT ONE WEEK PAST I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SOFTWARE FRO YOUR SIDE .

SO.PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.SO I CAN USED THIS PHONE TROUBLE FREE.
