Samsung breaks trust.

my freind has buy Samsung Galaxy on 7 ,before 3 months ago.Now his phone is hanging, his battery goes down suddenly and many more problems on this phone.. Is this Samsung ....His fault was that, that he doesn't made insurance for the phone otherwise he will get his money...... Samsung has broken our trust.... And now you should help him because that phone had work for about 3 months only.
