AFTER THAT HE CHECKED MY REFRIGERATOR AND CALLED ME THAT I MISSED GAS KIT AT MY CENTER SO TOMORROW I WILL COME TO YOUR HOME AND I WILL REPAIR IT. AFTER THAT MATTER I WAIT FOR HIM TWO DAYS BUT HE DIDN'T COME SO I CALL AGAIN TO SERVICE CENTER AND THEY REPLIED ME THAT WITHIN TWO DAYS TECHNICIAN WILL COME TO RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM BUT NOBODY CAME TO REPAIR MY REFRIGERATOR AND SINCE TWO DAYS I TRYING TO REACH THAT TECHNICIAN THROUGH MOBILE BUT HE DIDN'T ANSWER MY CALL. I TRY TO ASK BHARUCH OFFICE BUT THEY ALSO NOT REPLY ME. SO IN THIS CASE I FEEL LIKE THEY FRAUD WITH ME AND IF THEY WILL NOT COME TODAY I WILL GO FOR LEGAL PROCESSOR. i bought a new Samsung A7 6gb variant and after a month my network on mobile disappeared.So. I went to the customer care and gave them the mobile to find the fault and then i got the reply that my mobile has a hardware damage in the sim slot, butt i had never opened the sim slot after the purchase. I think that the service personnel damaged my phone and saying that it cant be repaired from the company as the company does not issue a warranty against forced hardware damage.

Bought a Brand new Samsung Galaxy Watch on 8 Jan19 with lot of expectations. But surprisingly the "Heart Rate" & Stress level monitor doesn't work.

Called up customer care & they asked me to visit Service Center. I visited Samsung Opera house. They made me wait for one hour & after trouble shooting they said the it has hardware defect & asked my to wait for 3 days for the resolution.

Look at the audacity of the support staff they didn't even checked with me before updating my watch software. i lost all my settings in the watch.

I was very disappointed & demanded to talk to the manager, Support staff Lokesh 1st spoke the manager over the phone, not sure what he spoke & when i demanded again he handed over the phone to me, When i Spoke to Sushil Sharma manager he was so casual & doesn't sound interested in addressing the concern, I told him i will escalate, he said even if you escalate it will come to us only.

I am very disappointed.

Being a loyal Samsung Customer since ages, I don't deserve to be treated like this. I will never go to Samsung again & will never recommend to anybody. This is my last product which is defect i throw it away.

This is about the experience I had after I had lost my mobile. After a few days of loosing my mobile, I got an sms from a person 8338065286 saying he has found my mobile but he traveled to Chhattisgarh but is willing to courier it to me with On dot courier service. After a few days I got a call from him from the courier office and I talked to the person. I was given with 2 options to choose from, a normal delivery or a special delivery which costed 1850. The mode of payment was Paytm since cash was not a option from remote. He provided with a number to transfer money but fortunately, he had already reached the monthly limit for transactions, so he gave me an alternate number to pay. I browsed online for the courier complaints and thanks to the link below. same as my case. I became cautious and did not do any payment.

Beware posting your lost mobile details on this site or anywhere else. Recently I got a phone missed call from 8052087205 (Vodafone, UP East on name Rabi K). The caller said he had my mobile as he bought from one Auto Driver in Hyderabad. He said he is located in Sagar (Madhya Pradesh). He asked me to come and collect the phone. Since I stay too far from Sagar, I asked him to send the phone through courier. He said he will go to courier agency and check if he can do that.

After some time I got a call from a different number 8726364289 ( Idea, UP East, on Name "Lalan Hom 2", with a tag "delivery service" ). Claiming as a On Dot courier agent, the caller said that there are 2 options to send the phone. One is normal courier and other is special courier. Being a breakable material I opted for special courier where the item is packed well and sent. For this the courier agent claimed Rs.1150.

I called the original caller to check and asked him about payment. He said payment has to be done either by cash or paytm. Since cash option is not possible, I payed the amount through Paytm. After the payment, the original caller called back and gave me a 6 digit consignment number and asked me to track after 12 hours. .I thought the caller to be genuine because of this call. Later when I checked the consignment number, I found that the number is not genuine as it should be 9 digit and not 6 digit.

I tried calling both the numbers again and found to be unavailable despite repeated attempts. Then I came to know that this is a fraud that had happened. Though it is not a huge amount, we need to be aware of such fraudsters and should not get cheated.

Try not to post any details anywhere in public.
