Repair mistakes
Repair tech came out and couldn't fix the refridgerator. This is the same problem that was "fixed" a month ago. But this time the tech did not put the connector piece for the shelves in correctly so the shelves are tilted. I called to rectify and was told to wait 24 hours.
Then I called and they said there is nothing that can be done until the parts come in 10 days.

Tech left with refridgerator in worse shape than when he arrived.
However customer said I had to wait another 10 days.
Yes I am under warranty.
