Poor Product quality/Service/resolution of Samsung Refrigerator
Its being around 16 days me and my family is suffering because of poor product quality/Service/resolution of Samsung Refrigerator , We registered complaint on 27.07.16 and services engineer visited and suggested that Gas has leaked and need to refill which was done next day afternoon by Samsung and they took Rs.1460/- and claimed that problem is resolved but by night time cooling stopped completely and we again asked Samsung where they informed that this might be internal leakage and company don't do any repair in this case and will give refund only nominal depreciation amount.
This also happened when i've chased them continuously and even sent mail to CEO office. response of customer satisfaction team was pathetic and they were forcing me to accept their term and company policy and were not at all concern with customer problem/agony which me and my family (with two kids of 3.5 Yrs and 2 Yrs ) gone through last 15 days without Refrigerator in this summer.
It is product problem as it has earlier also created similar problem in past where it was rectified and it is under warranty and i want replacement of this Refrigerator as i'm at receiving end because of poor product quality and pathetic service responses from Samsung.
Please help.
