Papers missing,never delivered

I have been missing newspaper often (3times in last 5 days) I call your office and report the missing paper. I am always told that the paper will be delivered. I never ever receive the missing paper. I have called and explained the problem with absolutely no solution or response. I have been a subscriber for over 30 years and am very frustrated with your service.
