My Wife and I bought two seats on an air conditioned bus of Sangeeta travels seat numbers 31 & 32(dated 28 Dec, 2009) travelling from Pondicherry to Bangalore. They charged 760 INR per seat and commited to provide the A/C Hi Tech but we all surprised to see the basic bus at the boarding point, Pondicherry. There is no presence of Sangita Travel in Pondicherry and there were no excuses given to passengers why they refused to provide the expected services and they said that this is the only bus available.

We travelled all the way from Pondicheery to Bangalore with a "complete broken seats". The springs were awful and couldn't sleep properly. I have been trying to register a complaint but Sangita Travel isn't happy to register it and they even don't know how to speak to customers. Above to all they are responsible for all the discomform caused to us.

The registration number of the bus is KA-02 D 1507. The date of the journey was 28.12.09 at 9:30 hrs..

Same problem i too faced while travelled from pondicherry to banglore. We booked volvo A/C bus via redbus.in and the bus time is 10:30pm, until 11:30, we are waiting for bus near sangita travels offfice only. Atlast, at 12'o clock, they are saying, bus wont come due to some problem, they arranged SWARAJ MAZDA as an alternate and asked to get in and will drop upto hosur. While we called to Sangita travels Banglore office, no proper response. Atlast, they switched off the phone itself. Night time at 12, where to go? atlast we stayed in pondy that night and travelled next day to banglore. Very very WORST service i ever see. While asking in sangita travels office, they are saying, "As U booked in online, U ask online member itself to refund the money". Sangita travels atlast cheated our Hard earned money. Fraud idiots.
