My name is Sanjay. I travelled on 14 October 2015 from Mel to Hyd, booking number AIBT6H, I purchased online luggage 20 Kg for 61 AUD but it was not updated in their system and they charged me 238 AUD again for the same luggage. Later on it was updated and ground staff told me that it will be refunded to me in my account from the head office as they do not have authority to refund ... It's now almost a year nothing came in account. Only stories from them and they says we can only refund 61 AUD only as a goodwill of gesture.. These ppl are fraud.. Does anyone knows where to put their official complaint to the govt. Australian ombudsman do not deal with AirAsia complaints..
