I am interested in how do I go about filing a lawsuit against both turbo tax and santa Barbara bank for theft and fraudulent charges lying about sending my tax refund to my back an it never was sent, and lying saying there were errors an having the representatives lying on the phones ..its not right for them to steal money when they should be helping then tell you it will take more days an they still don't, I've filed stolen,by lies an proof from bank my information is vorrect with IRS ..what do I do know
