It is march 18 and i have not received my refund i have contacted the santa barbara tax group numerous times more then 15 out of those only 2 times have i received a response and both responses i got were lies they received my payment february 18, 2022 they deducted the fees that were supposed to deduct they deposited the money on to my bank account on february 23 it was returned and that was my mistake for making a mistake on my account number the day i filed so they issued out a check wich on the email they responded was sent out on february 28 on march 15 i called the santa barbara tax group waited for over an hour on the phone and finally someone answered and he told me that no that my check had been printed out on march 5 and that he sorry for the delay but that checks only get printed out on Wednesdays but he garanteed that i woul have my check in by today march 18 and my check never came i called the tax product group today march 18 and the automated machine said that my chack was sent just out on march 18 as i am writing this complaint i am on the phone waiting to speak to somebody i have been on the phone for 25 minutes and no answer i really do not know what to do anymore i am desperate i am about to be evicted from my home i am a single mother of 4
