I went to tank this morning and I tried to use the pre-payment machine they have there instead of withdrawing the money from another machine.

I followed the steps, it took me the whole time spent trying to make it work around 20 minutes; the machine kept blocked or started to work again... I have to check if they charged me the times I was trying to pay.

I asked for help but the people there pretended not to know anything, as if they were not working there.

I had, at the end, to withdraw the money. The funny thing is that with this kind of payment you get bonus, in this case I wanted 50 EUR and they gave me 1 EUR bonus extra, so, at the end, I lost one EUR in my purchase of gasoil.

I will not come back again to this station, they are not reliable, worth it, and do not deserve my purchases.

I asked for a receipt, they gave me one, handmade... Unacceptable from any point of view.
