poor quality/ stopped working
I bought a Sanyo LCD TV in 2014 before Sep. After approximately 16 months of use, the TV did not power on. I looked online and there are so many complaints about similar cases. May I request your assistance to remove Sanyo from your floor. Their products seem to only last shortly after warranty expires which does not seem to be good business practice. Initial comments from online sources indicate there are poor and cheap quality parts used in their TVs and may just suddenly stop working.
As for my TV, while I have it for approx. 16 months, I was out for more than 2 months during my ownership of the TV and the TV was not in use. I just feel so bad paying for approx. $500 for a TV that will only last 16 months.
Please advise if there is any recourse for my case. I am so upset about dealing with a TV manufacturer who does not back up their product.
