I work for a company that allows their lead technician to bully and verbally abuse other employees because he is the lead sales person. It became so bad today that i had to lock this person out of the office because i was afraid. The owner talks to him and makes him offer token apologies but really does nothing to reprimand him. I want to know what i can expect from my employer and if nothing is done what if any legal recourse i have. Thank you
