Hi. My name is Dipuo. I'm asking on behalf of my mother Madeline Mathobela. She was dismissed on the 24th May 2018. We submitted all documents at mibco for Provident fund but has not received the money. They said her ex boss did not make the final payment so they cannot payout the money until he pays. Her boss got her arrested for theft but now is refusing to make the last payment saying my mother should pay the money she stole. How can he make my mother pay if he got her arrested? I need your help as my mother is getting sick from all the stress as she's an older woman.
