BLURRED QUALITY

I PURCHASED A j7 NXT ON 7.03.2018 BUT ON THE SAME DAY FOUND THE VIDEO QUALITY TO BE BLURRED. COMPLAINT SO MANY TIMES AT SERVICE CENTRE THROUGH JOB SHEET NO 4256760584 BUT NOTHING HELPED ME. IF I WONT GET JUSTICE I WILL FILE A GRIEVANCE
