I purchased Satelitte direct TV 2 days ago, money was taken from my VISA Chase . I was then sent a registration form and it would not allow me to register, I have contacted . the company by email for 2 days and They hsve ignored me. I FEEL ROBBED! I want a refund now!

I paid for this progress with my AMX and can not find where the download was filed, no drop down window seen for designate3 a file to store it in. Can not find any file on my C drive that pertains to satellite-direct.exe and therefore can not register for viewing. I have contact [email protected] and there are instruction but they are useless because if can not find the download link.
If anyone reads this please send me your experience of your advice as to how to download this program..or did just get robbed?
