My name is Hatem Khattab , Im a father for three children and staying in KSA , while my Family coming back from Egypt , my wife approached to one lady her name is Noorhan on counter NR# 274 who was issuing the boarding on july 1st for flight number SV 0304 on departure 23:20 after issuing the boarding , there was a kind of dispute and bad words from the employee to my wife and as a kind of revenge and mis -used her place and power in Saudi arabian airlines she asked forgetting back the luggage and ruddily speaking to my wife that she will not let her travel although my kids keep crying and one of the passengers called me to help and I personally talked to the supervisor his name is Mustafa without any help and that caused missing the flight along with big loss to get back and the entry visa got expired and asking for extension of the entry visa from the embassy costing much money along with my child will loos his place in the school to mis the interview, please urgently and urgent action along with calling me for any further information other wise I have to follow the legal ways through the court specially I'm very loyal customer to Saudi airlines since 2010.
