Fragile breakage

While traveling from tabuk to Bangalore via Riyadh on 16 may flight no sv 1534 and sv896 on 17 th may . I had LED 40 inch tv as a fragile item with my luggage but when received at Bangalore airport it was broken already . I tried To contact the airport authority but no response . Kindly sort out the matter
