Land line available on same Location 6756588 (Rahmatullah Chaudry)

I have requested STC to transfer my line since 14th May 2016, Since then till now two time technician have visited and replied the same that there is no Port on DP to install my line.

I want to know
1. Why Billing was not stopped the time I have requested to transfer my line?
2. If port is not available who is going to fix it?
3. Why I have to suffer for more than two months not having landline and internet?
4. If STC cannot fix it let me know to move on other network.
5. I have reported over STC website two time and ticket is closed within one minute without contacting me or giving any solution.

Could you please look into this and help me to get my line back on new location,
