Stealing money from my account

You have taken two payments from my account without my permission I have contacted my bank and if money not put back the POLICE are going to get involved as this is fraud

Unauthorised Payment

I have had a payment for £65 deducted from my bank on top of a USA Visa application costs from yourselves. This was not authorised or part of the visa fees.
I have been in touch with my bank and want this money refunded.

Un authorised payments

There has been two unauthorised payments for £25 & £65 in respect of ESTA visa applications for entry into the USA.
This amounts to theft and should the monies not be returned i will have no option but to involve the police.
