My poor grandmother is a victum of these people. They have taken hundreds of dollars of her. I am trying to cancel the subscription. I'm hopefully they won't take anymore of her money.

Well I just tried calling the 1-800-272-5027 and could you believe, the operator comes on and says, " This number can't be reached from your calling area". How can that be, I have free long distance around the world and this is a 1-800 number. I called for a friend to cancel and not what does she do, they took her credit card information. Then I called the 1-888-527-2589 and they said, " They don't have her in the system and why did she get a conformation number". I would think you would get a conformation, even changes I make to my cable I get a conformation number. Scam....there should be something done about these people. I will help my friend so they do not get away with this. Just hoping there won't be any extra charges like someone people have had. What I just notice before I submit this is they even have a confirmation code...lol

I just looked at my statement and I also had two charges on my account for $14.95 each one right after the other. The charges were under different names one being SAVGO and the other EDBRGN. but both are for $14.95 that I did not approve. I have contacted my bank and if I can prosecute I will. After looking they did this before on my account and I assumed my husband made the transaction. He didn't. I did not buy any services or products from either company, how dare they to charge someone. They are committing fraud.
I see others have been taken by SAVGO has anyone been taken by EDBRGN? If so does anyone have their number? Being on a fixed income this has really made me angry.
