billing when already canceled

They were told back in Oct 2013 to cancel but they are still charging me they owe me $55.80 for two payments back to my credit card. they still call wanting more money even though I have already cancelled. I live on Disabltiy and I want My money REFUND NOW. They were charging me two different times on two different names total of $22.90 each. Laura Thomas
