I am Sreekanth Reddy,my number 9182286272(Jio number), my transfer 349 rupees through SBI netbanking.i did transaction 349 rupees through 'My Jio' application for recharge but it wasn't successful even though amount was deducted.when I contact Jio customer care they said that they didn't received any payment and asked me to with bank.Money in my bank account is dedicated, kindly inform me when will I get either benefit or refund.

I have deposited Rs 10,000/-(Twenty Nos. Of 500 Rupees Notes) in my Account- 20153447692 (RAJENDRA MALLICK) on 20-07-2015 between 6:02 PM to 6:07 PM by SBI CDM (VIP COLONY BRANCH) but money has not been deposited in my account yet.

So please help to get my money Credited to my Account.
