want to reset credit card which is not in use from past 6 months. please help me

Dear Sir /Mam,

I am Karishma Naik.I have applied for the post of Sbi clerk on 01/06/14 and the amount from my account is deducted but didn't received registration id & password.I got the transaction id by sms from bank .but i have not received any registration number to my mobile or email ID.
Now I am unable to print my application form.Please tell me will the money be refunded or not else can i get the reg no or i have to apply for the same once again. please look in to this matter and please reply me as soon as possible.

i had a home loan from sbi bank.i deposited all original property documents to bank.but when asked to give reciept regarding documents bank refused to give that and tell sbi has not been giving them since 50 years to any customer.
