Dealy in cards dispatch

I have been using SBI CC for a long time... one fine day I have received a message stating my card was upgraded & same was dispatched after a couple of days have got tracking details as well, unfortunately I have relocated to new address hence delivery was denied by the courier partner & asked to connect with shipper (SBI) and my cards were returned back to origin on 24th Sep.

Immediately I have requested for address change in the database through online by providing necessary documents & same got updated on 10th Oct.

Approached SBI for re-dispatch of the card to my new address & agent has taken my request & processed it, a couple of days later I was informed that my card was dispatched (12th Oct) but delivery never happened, tried tracking AWB & I was astonished by the service of SBI... my card was dispatched to my old address itself, reached CS & complained about the same & requested to transfer my call to TL.
However, TL tried to portray that I was wrong... informing that the supporting documents submitted for address change are not valid, have questioned him if that was the case why it was approved & got updated in the database for which he does not have an answer... argued with me that document submitted was not on our list, have guided him to their own site "SBI CARD-KYC" and made him understood.

Finally, he agreed that it was a miss from SBI & apologized for the delay and requested me to allow some time for closing this and shared a delivery ETA as 18th Oct.

Delivery never happened as promised, contacted back CS to know my status but the agent is unaware & requested me to allow some time & shared an revised ETA as 31st Oct.

Today morning I have contacted CS to know the status, Guy has transferred my call to "Feedback IVR" immediately upon acknowledging my query... have received a call (lady) from IVR team & apologized for previous interaction and continued the call upon hearing my concern she has requested me to wait for more 7 days to get the cards as those were returned back by the courier team.

Below is the scripted message that I have heard for 5 times:

"Have taken your complaint & mail was sent to the concerned team".
- Is this team active???

My issue would have been closed very easily... if they have mailed/communicated their courier partner to deliver the consignment at my new address but they failed to do.

It was clearly evident here SBI is least bothered about CX experience & there is no CX obsession at all.

Our great PM says "One country...One bank" but at the ground, this is how cx is being treated & with no security ( how the card was dispatched to a different address?).

If we fail to clear payments on time... we are being charged (penalty).

I demand compensation for the loss that has happened to me.

till now not got any remttance money

MY brother have sent me money from korean on 23082016 till now i dint got any money in my account my account is in sbi nri branch in banglore willl sending my account is same but sbi is in mumbi

I No 15385170k Sigmn JagatSingh drowing pension from SBI Gangolihat (02543) Pithoragarh since Mar 2013 on a/c no 20051910726 . My PPO NOS/59950/2012/Army.
Now corrosponding PPO NO s/corr/033690/2014 dt 16 may2014 .now till date that amount not credited on my a/c. I put all nesserory document on SBI Gangolihat. They not give any possitive responce. Replied this task of new delhi SBI.
Please kindly take nessesory action. I greatfull to you.

lost of eazy pay card

harrasment to sbi staff member by sbi card recovery members

sir
i am working in sbi since 1981 and using sbi card .last year due to some family problem i remain on leave from bank which results bank not paid my sallary. i have told the whole problem to the recovery agents mr.mahipal and his boss mr.arora they every month forced me to issue cheque for the minimum payment and they abused on the dishonour of these cheques and forced me to give cash. on my several requests they tried to make some loud shouting in front my residence andgive abuse to my daughter in my absence (which results my elder daughter goes in shock and depression due to these people nonsence talk). i requested them that i am a bank employee in the same institution dont say like this if you people are behaving a state bank emploee like this then what type of behavior you have with other bank's valuable coustomer. i regret the earlier cheques issued by me taken forcibly by these people are disonored because salary not paid by the bank. any how i have sufficient funds with the bank and nothing to worry about my credit card out standing. i request your goodself to immediately stop these persons to visit my residence .i request the bank to please dont give any data of their employees to any private agency as they are sharing it to many other agencies.
an early favourable action will be apriciated .

Kulveer Bhasin is the most corrupt employee of SBI. There are several cases registered in district court, and he is absconding from state. He is a shame to people of Anandpur Sahib.
