Archie Richardson Garg has once again opened for business. He uses the three sites, www.unapprovedpharmacy.com as well as www.scamfraudalert.org and onlinecomplaintsboard.wordpress.com The latter has NO whois profile and claims the site is available. He basically has collected information, mainly on people who are often innocent of having done anything wrong and he lists your name and any information he can get on you, this includes but is not limited to your personal phone numbers, home address, online profiles, business profiles etc. He has been sued numerous times but seems to keep getting back in business. He apparently, according to other posters online, an extensive criminal history. He also claims that he will not take money to remove information but will remove it if appropriate yet he does not honour that as he simply claims it is relevant even if the site mentioned is not owned by you or no longer owned by you or in operation. He literally makes people have a bad name who often do not deserve it.

Anyone willing to file a class action lawsuit against him for defamation please post and let's get together and get him closed down once and for all. It is a very hideous thing to be defamed online by someone who simply sits at home and collects personal details of people who are innocent of crimes and associates you with scams.
