Somebody has used our account to play the DH Texas Poker game. This has happend three times, as you can see in the encloses documents.

I have in no way authorized the transactions and have myself in no way played these games.

I am talking about the payments:

Payment ID 1509851695796085, € 4,24

Payment ID 1509851689129419, € 16,98

Payment ID 1509851692462752, € 16,98

I expect that Facebook returns the total amount of € 38,20 to my credit card account.

If I should not receive an answer to this complaint with in a peroid of 3 days, I will turn this case over to my lawyer here in Austria.

Our account no. 60542060 for Scandinavian Design House Handels GmbH has on the 4. December 2017 been charged 3 times for the transactions:

Payment ID 1509851695796085, € 4,24

Payment ID 1509851689129419, € 16,98

Payment ID 1509851692462752, € 16,98

Total amount € 38,20 has been charged due to the DH Texas Poker game, which I in no way have played or authorized anybody else to play and to charge our account.

I expect Facebook to revert the full amount of € 38,20 to our credit card, which is used to pay the adverts we normally have in our different Facebook accounts.

I expect an answer to this email no longer than 3 days of today.
