Hello to whom this may concern, I am very unhappy with the light company in Summerville South Carolina which is s c e and gas they are very unprofessional very disrespectful and ,I feel that the people who handle the situation on Wednesday the 24th of 2018 needs to be suspended or just fired these people really ran my pressure real high and lied that they didn't receive my payment that was put in the Dropbox came and turn my lights off while, I had company and the whole time, I'm asking why is my lights off when, I know the payment was there they said they didn't receive it payment was dropped off at 8 15 a.m. that morning the man came and turn my lights off at 12 noon at this time when they saw that the check was not signed right then they could have called someone and let them know
wasn't signed someone needs to get here before the service be disconnected ,but they continued to lie on the phone and said the check was not there so not only were they calling me a liar they were calling my child a liar to,I was so embarrassed that ,I had people at my house and my power was turned off when the whole time the check was in thatoffice and didn't have a signature on it that's all they had to say they had me to pay the whole thing yes, I forgot to sign it but they knew it was there didn't know I'd have to make me pay the whole thing and then going to tell me that it just wasn't dropped off we don't have it then we'll put in the computer that they mailed the check that but then when my daughter get there they put the check in here hand need to get better workers in that office really and I'm going to get my attorney ,I have never in my life been so embarrassed and they also the defamation keratin who are they playing with and ,I want everybody to share this and maybe they'll learn how to handle people more better.thank u Y.D.B.G
