I placed my order on 2/20/17, due for delivery on 2/21/17 between 2&5 p.m. was told the driver attempted to deliver at 2:55 on 2/21/17, which was bull shit because the driver was never here (my driver leaves a note telling me he was here and would be back at a certain time- ALWAYS). I was told a complaint over the phone would be submitted and that someone would get back with me 24-48 hours, but she could not call the driver and ask him to come back and I know you guys have the drivers cell phone numbers. The is really starting to get under my skin, having to wait another couple days to get my order when my driver come just come back within the window frame.

Schwans home delivery decided to keep my credit card on file months later there is a charge for a purchase I did not make now they are saying they cant fixed it! WTF.... Filed complaint with the company and still no response after 3 days whatta joke. The driver dont even ask for a ID? Is this even legal?
