Scott McMillan San Diego Attorney , Michelle Volk , McMillan Academy of Law, La Mesa has what looks like serious issues with fraud. I reviewed online websites alerting me to La Mesa Attorney Scott McMillan, who is also the Dean of McMillan School of Law. I believe it is of great concern Scott McMillan , and Michelle Volk, were sued in federal court for fraud and malpractice in federal court, Brightwell v. The McMillan Law Firm, et al. Case 3:16-cv-01696. A national firm sued McMillan and the court did not dismiss the case. What is also horrific is Scott McMillan sued the San Diego Sheriff over Facebook and received $20 for his client. Yes it is true, $20. Scott McMillan is also president of a group who sues the government , and from what I can see has no victories but only wasted government money on fighting pointless lawsuits.

And last, is Scott McMillan La Mesa, is the Dean of the McMillan Academy of Law - a law school without any graduates for a decade, and law school review Law Dragon says not a single student either. But then again what do you expect from a law school that is operated out of Scott McMillan small office (yes you share a desk with the dean and law professor), a law school that does not event even have the name of the "school" on the building.

What is worse than taking pro bono cases that haunt you and drive business away? it's being Scott McMillan and trying to convince clients you are a great attorney! :)
