I've been living here for over 5 years i paid my rent but left off .44 cents i offered to send over the remaining changed told me i need to go get additional money order for .44 cent after i've paid over a 1000.00 dollars never have had a issue before. They have changed management several times since I've been here and think this is crazy in the past they have add on to my next month rent but now we are having problems for .44 cents
