I have received my first UIF payment on the 28th December 2020. I tried to register on ufiling but the system keeps telling me my account is locked. I received a Sms on the 8th of January 2021 saying that my UIF Claim is approved and I must request for payment at the Local Labour Centre but really would like to use ufiling. my case number is 30005472366. Pls can someone advise me how to sort the ufiling obstacle soon as possible.
