Refund of Delivery Charge

In August 2018 I ordered a Craftsman mower and 3 bin bagger unit. When I got delivery I was unable to install the bagger unit. Upon talking with a company rep he indicated the website had the incorrect bagger unit associated with the mower. I ordered the new bagger unit and was charged $90.00 for a delivery fee. I did not receive the bagger unit. In September I returned the incorrect bagger unit to a Hometown Sears store and got the correct bagger unit. Since I delivered the incorrect unit Sears owes me $90.00. I have written 3 letters to the Sears Corporate Complaint Department and called multiple times to only either get no response or the run around (being transferred to multiple employees, some of which don't speak good English!). I can't believe it is that difficult to get this resolved and send me my money.
