Sears does not stand by there product at all. I bought a riding lawnmower from your novi mi store. I was given the run around by the sales staff before I PiCKED IT UP thanks for telling me u can deliver when u couldn't because it was a clearance item. I get it home and it will not start. I called they told me it was the battery. Once we figured out it wasn't the battery they told me I have to see if the warranty company would cover it. What it is a brand new machine just send your sears tech out. The store manager said he couldn't do that I didn't purchase the 250 dollar sears warranty. I said it's brand new and your floor manager susan said u should of never let it leave with oyt making sure it worked. He told me she never said that I laughed and asked if he was on the phone call because he never had time to ask her. He said he has been in the business 25 years they have never done that. Well sir maybe true but that doesn't mean she didn't say it you idiot. Once he called me a liar and said there was nothing he could do I was upset and I did say things I probably shouldn't have. But one thing I don't so is lie. I have called the 800 number they have a texh coming but why should I have to go throuhh all this. It is rediculas so please think twice before buying at sears
