I purchased a new Kenmore Elite PreView Grab-N-Go refrigerator model #795.74077.610 on October 25, 2017 and was delivered on November 7, 2017. The amount I paid for it was $2999.99. This unit completely failed on November 22, 2019. Sears sent out a repairman who I paid $419.17 on my Sears card. The repairman said he fix a lot of these refrigerators for the same reason. He said the manufacturer is running the wrong refrigerant through the systems. My refrigerator was diagnosed as having a bad compressor. The compressor in my refrigerator was made by LG #FLB075LBNA made in Korea. It is labeled (INVERTER 0 - 220, 53hz DMC2320177211360) over the bar code and the compressor was running on R134a refrigerant. My house is set up on 120v current. I was told by the repairman that they had to be paid before the part could be ordered. I paid for the labor only. My gripe is there is no recall and I'm one who like paying for some manufacture mistake. It's unreal what I feel about the whole situation!
